My path to SmartFlow began in healthcare: after training as a medical assistant in the general practice of Dr. Gall, I worked in a children's hospital, a pediatric practice, and child and adolescent psychiatry. There I saw every day how much time is lost to cumbersome workflows, and how much better things run when processes are well designed. That is exactly where SmartFlow comes from. Today I help mid-sized companies in Bavaria move to efficient, digital processes: plain talk instead of consultant-speak. And never pushing software on you that you don't actually need.
It depends entirely on the scope. An initial process analysis usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. We plan larger digitization or automation projects together with you, and most of the time we're looking at something in the range of 6 to 16 weeks.

The initial consultation is free and non-binding. What a collaboration costs afterwards depends on the scope: how many processes are involved, whether existing software is connected or new software introduced, and how much training your team needs. After the analysis you receive a fixed-price quote, so you know what to expect before implementation starts. Smaller automations are accordingly less expensive than full digitization projects.
